Your custom built beach vacation cottage is just a few steps away from a gorgeous, resort style community pool with a kiddie wading area, and a short stroll to the snow white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast. The exterior boasts a classic coastal design with wood siding and a cozy front porch. Inside, the cottage is filled with natural light that pours in through large windows, illuminating the comfortable, beach-inspired décor with beautiful haint blue ceilings. Outside, a private veranda offers the perfect spot for alfresco dining, grilling your favorite foods, or just watching the activity at the pool. A three minute walk away, the pristine beach beckons for sunbathing, swimming, or simply enjoying the sound of the waves. A large gazebo at the entrance to the beach boardwalk provides a covered, shaded, community recreation area with views of the world famous Emerald Coast. When you return from the beach, your private solarium shower allows you to leave the sand and surf (and chlorine from the pool) outside and provides an entrance to the cottage adjacent to the first floor half bath.
The open concept living area provides a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach, with plush seating and a warm color palette that echoes the sandy beach outside. Great Place to stay
We have spent our spring break vacation at the Cottages at Romar, C-3 for the past 10 years and have booked our spring break for next year also. The house fits the needs of 6 people very well. The house has always been very clean and well stocked. Communications with Leonard have been great over the years. We have stayed at several of his other properties and have had the same great experience with each stay! I highly recommend staying at any of Leonard's properties!

We’ve stayed at this location (Cottages at Romar) several times but first time at this property. We had most of our family in one of the larger rentals; 6 of us stayed in this cottage. We had a great time staying at the cottages at romar. The house is in a great location and the walk is simple to the beach across the bridge. Great Getaway
We try to get away for a couple of weeks each winter to escape the snow. This was our first trip to Orange Beach and we hope to go again. Wonderful stay
This was our fourth stay at the Cottages at Romar and our first at Cottages at Romar C3. We love the cottages because of the easy beach access and kid-friendly pool. The public areas are well maintained and the beach here is hardly ever crowded. This particular property is now our new favorite at this location. It was the perfect size for our small family but you could easily fit two or three families comfortably. We were very pleased with the amenities available, such as well stocked kitchen supplies and beach chairs. I personally loved that there are hooks everywhere - a must at the beach. The only slight negatives are that the beds and chairs on the deck aren’t very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Len and Judy bought their first beachfront vacation rental condominium in 1991.
