Very nice condo! Everything was clean! The washer would not rinse the clothes. We tried only washing one thing at a time but it still didn’t work. That was my only complaint. This was definitely a piece of paradise. It was a great condo. Clean and everything we needed. My son loved the bunk beds and the heated pool. Great views of the ocean. The location was great. After raising their family in beautiful suburban Michigan, Len and Judy Farina fell in love with the pristine waters of the Emerald Coast and the family friendly environment of the greater Flora Bama area. Value is important to families of any size and the Flora Bama area offers endless opportunities to build memories while staying within any budget.
Len and Judy bought their first beachfront vacation rental condominium in 1991. Before they knew it, they were self-managing six beachfront vacation rental condos and were building a custom beach cottage of their own design. Judy took great pride in how she appointed each vacation rental unit to provide the best experience for the guest and designed the interior of Cottages at Romar as it was built. Len has a lifetime of experience in hospitality and still personally manages every booking himself!
