We stayed at Perdido Sun #812 in November. Our unit was clean, had a great view of the ocean with comfortable furniture both in the unit and on the balcony. Parking was easy, elevator was quick, grounds & pools were well maintained, and the condo staff were friendly and welcoming. During a couple of days of inclement weather the living room tv provided plenty of free channels as well as many streaming options. We asked to extend our stay by a few days and found the commercial coin washers & dryers located on the first level quick and easy to use. Location is quiet, yet convenient. There is a great fresh Seafood Market & and a neighboring Publix grocery store about 10 minutes away. There is also some shopping directly across the street. We used the crosswalk signal to go over and enjoy a nice meal at the Jellyfish Restaurant & Bar a couple of times. Overall, great place to stay. Owner has excellent communication skills & it sure beats our experiences dealing with most management companies over the years.

Convenient location in a well appointed unit. When I vacation to the beach, I want to be in a condo facing the gulf so I get the balcony, breeze and views. Heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness centers were all a plus. We loved walking across the crosswalk to the Jellyfish for fresh seafood and souvenir shopping. Orange Beach is literally minutes away for fun things to do with kids. The condo is quiet, the bed is comfy and the front desk staff is friendly. I enjoyed the trash chute from the 8th floor. The only thing I missed was having laundry in the unit. It's coin operated on the bottom floor. Overall, we had a great time. The beach has a very laid back vibe. I have to give a big shout out to the owner, Len. Communication seems to be lacking in all aspects of life these days, but NOT AT ALL in this case.
